Returns & Exchange Policy
To be eligible for Return or Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It must also be in the original packing with tags on.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 4 hours of placing an order.

There is no cancellation of orders placed and which have been handed over to the delivery service provider.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that have obtained on special occasions and festivals like Rakhi, Christmas, Diwali or Valentine’s Day etc. These are seasonal and limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

No cancellations in part or full shall be entertained for those products that have been ordered and availing special promotions, discounts offers, gift cards/certificates and coupons.

There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department etc. We may also require additional information or verification/s before accepting any order. We will inform you if the entire order or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. In case of any full or partial cancellation or rejection of order by JewelMore Designs, the full or partial payment, as the case may be, will be refunded to the customer through the same mode as the original payment was made by the customer.
Replacement or Exchange Policy

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order.

We will replace the product provided we have a replacement in stock at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same.

Customer should usually inspect and refuse to accept the shipment If they find that the package has been opened or tampered with.

In case the product, which is to be replaced, is not in stock, then the customer will be offered the choice of a similar product with little or no difference in price. If customer refuses the replacement offer, then a refund may be initiated once the product is returned back to us in unused condition.

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

We do not accept return of customized products, customized jewelry orders, products with personal engravings or products with any alteration requested or done by the customer

We do not accept order cancellation, returns or exchange for individual items priced at over ₹ 10,000 INR.
Kindly note that we will inspect the item before refund / exchange and it will take place only under the following conditions

Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in the original box with our invoice and tags intact.

The products should be new or in unused condition. It should not have any scratches, marks or damage.

If the item has been resized, altered or damaged we won't be able to offer the refund/exchange and will have to return it to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery or attempted delivery.

In the event that you return any item which is delivered to you in a tampered package & you inform us at the time of delivery, there will be no additional shipping charges. In all other cases, a two-way shipping charge is deducted from the refundable amount. Bank payment charges & shipping costs, if applicable, may also be deducted from the refundable amount.

It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

Any cost towards packaging, insurance or freight towards returning the merchandise to us will be borne by the Customer

Customer must obtain Returns authorization from our Customer Service Team before the product is sent back and it will be accepted only at designated address provided by the Customer Service agent.

We will notify the customer once the returned product has be received by us and upon inspection of the package / product our customer service agents will decide further course of action which will be binding on the Customer.
Refund Policy
Refunds shall be processed once the products have been received back at our designated location in unused condition with the tags intact. Usually, it takes 10-15 days for refunds to reflect in your bank account.
Payment will be refunded to the customer through the same payment mode through which the payment was made. For e.g.: if customer has ordered through credit card, the cancellation amount will be credited back to the same account. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank
